Not a turnkey tool — a production line built around your newsroom
First an audit of your process, then a pilot on real flow, then rollout and the platform with support. Every stage has a clear result, and you can stop after any of them.
Why this is not a subscription
The value is in the configured route, not in the interface.
An empty builder is an empty builder. It becomes useful when the route carries your sources, your standard and your channels.
Every run costs real money.
Tokens, speech characters, images, sometimes video seconds. Unlimited unsupervised evaluation burns a budget; it does not tell you whether the product works for you.
Half the value is delivery.
The moment that convinces people is the piece appearing in your CMS or your channel. That is impossible without your keys connected — which means it is impossible without us.
So there is no online purchase and no price list. There is a call, an audit, a pilot and a contract.
What you buy, in order
0. Qualifying call — thirty minutes: whether you have a flow worth automating, and what we definitely do not do. Free.
- 1. Content process audit — a map of where your newsroom sits against 227 documented use cases; what closes with configuration, what needs integration, what is out of scope. Paid, separate first engagement.
- 2. Pilot — one real production scenario, on your real material, taken through to a real publication. Four weeks, fixed scope.
- 3. Rollout — media units, routes for your formats, connected sources and channels, team training. Project-based.
- 4. Platform, support and development — the platform running, new routes for new tasks, development alongside your process. Ongoing.
Prices are agreed in writing after the audit, and invoiced by bank transfer. There is no online payment.
- 0. Qualifying call — thirty minutes, free, and we may say noVideo call, 30 minutes, free.
What we ask: what you publish, in what volume and to which channels; where the process stalls today and who owns it; which systems must stay, your CMS above all. What you get: a straight answer on whether an audit is worth buying, and what we would look at first. What you do not get: a demo of every feature — that is not what this call is for.
- 1. Content process audit — a paid engagement with its own deliverableAgreed individually, invoiced by bank transfer.
This is not a free consultation dressed up as discovery. It is a separate product, and it is useful even if you never buy the platform. Deliverable: a coverage map of your editorial process against 227 documented AI use case types, the "switch on with a prompt" list, the "needs integration" list with the actual dependency named, the "not worth it" list, and a recommended pilot scenario with the reason it was chosen.
- 2. Pilot — one scenario, four weeks, a real publication at the endFour weeks, fixed scope.
Scope is fixed before the start: one production scenario, on your material, with your channel connected. Success is defined before the start too — not "the team liked it", but a published piece, a measured time per item, a stated automation level. You keep what was built: the routes configured during the pilot are the routes you continue with. What we need from you: one named person who will work in the system daily, access to one publishing channel, and a sample of typical material. Without the named person, the pilot fails — we say this up front.
- 3. Rollout — from one route to a working production floorProject-based.
Media units configured per brand, vertical or language version. Routes built for your formats, with your prompts and your standard. Sources and delivery channels connected, including your CMS — where a connector exists, or built as part of the rollout scope. Roles and permissions scoped per unit. Team training, because 61% of newsrooms have no systematic AI training at all (Reuters Institute · WAN-IFRA, 2026) and that is usually the real blocker.
- 4. Platform, support and development — the process keeps changing, so the work does not endOngoing.
The platform runs, with cost accounting and limits per unit. New routes are added for new formats as your output mix changes. Prompt and profile tuning continues as models change underneath you — the model is a parameter, not an architectural commitment. You get a named contact on our side.
What makes this work
A regular flow of material. A route does not pay for itself if it runs twice.
- One person who will own the process. Someone has to decide what the standard is.
- Access to at least one publishing channel. Delivery is where the value becomes visible.
- A decision-maker who can approve a change of process. This is a process change, not a tool purchase.
The honest scale threshold
Below a certain volume, configuring a production line costs more than it returns. Until a precise threshold is agreed in writing, this page states the principle and the qualifying call does the filtering.
We will tell you no
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Solo creators, freelancers, small teams without a flow | You would pay in implementation complexity for capability you do not need. |
| Anyone looking for a button that writes 500 SEO articles | This contradicts what the product is for. Better to decline at the door. |
| Anyone who wants the editor out of the loop | We sell the opposite. The human decision point is the construction. |
| One-off campaigns | A route needs repetition to pay for itself. |
| Anyone who needs a fully isolated on-premise instance from day one | Possible, but a separate scope and a long cycle. |
| Anyone who requires SOC 2 or ISO 27001 as a precondition | We do not hold them and will not imply otherwise. |
How the commercial side works
Contract with SYSTEMS AI LLC (ТОВ «СИСТЕМС АІ»), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Ukraine, Company ID (EDRPOU) 46332353.
- Payment by bank transfer against an invoice. No card payments, no online checkout.
- Scope, deliverables and timelines are fixed in the agreement before work starts.
- Data processing terms come as a separate annex to the agreement — a data processing agreement with the list of subprocessors — handed over at signing, not published on the site.
